Acknowledgements
We gratefully acknowledge the vision and support of the E3 Co-Chairs, State Steering Committee, Regional and Sector Leaders and Steering Committees and those who contributed to the completion of state, sector and regional E3 plans. Additionally, we thank the State Advisory Council of hundreds of diverse leaders from across Washington who provided critical direction to the project at the E3 launch on September 22, 2006 and the E3 State Summit on November 7, 2007.
The E3 comprehensive network and plan development process was coordinated by the Environmental Education Association of Washington. The EEAW board of directors worked to sustain the effort, even during the most challenging of times and a committed and talented corps of EEAW staff and consultants provided inspired service and went beyond the call of duty. Many individual and organizational partners aided the development of E3 by providing staff and volunteer support, contacts, meeting space, food, decorations and gifts, photos and video footage, financial contributions and moral support.
Below is a listing of those who created E3 Washington and ensured that it was inclusive and thorough; indeed a systems approach to strategic plan development and implementation. We look forward to continued success and will be forever indebted to those below.
E3 Honorary Co-Chairs
Governor Christine Gregoire
Chairman Billy Frank Jr.
