Early Childhood Environmental Education
Strategy Meeting

Purpose:
To develop an Early Childhood environmental education strategy for the state of Washington.

Wednesday, April 30, 2008, from 12:00 noon - 5:00 p.m.
Lunch and networking opportunities will begin at noon. The official meeting start time is 1:00 p.m.

Woodland Park Zoo
Classroom B, 601 N 59th St
Seattle, WA 98103

Below are directions to the strategy meeting and a link to the zoo's web site where you will find more directions, maps, and transportation options.

DIRECTIONS TO WOODLAND PARK ZOO:

• From I-5 take Exit 169 (45th/50th St). Stay to the 50th St side of exit (left going north, right going south).
• Through the exit, get into the left lane and turn left (west) onto 50th St.
• Continue west on 50th St passing through intersection at Green Lake/Stone Way/50th and under the Aurora bridge.
• Get ready to turn right after the bridge underpass.
• At next traffic light (Fremont/50th), turn right into Woodland Park Zoo's south parking lot and park.
• The Education Center is located between the main/south entrance (northwest end of parking lot) and the Rose  Garden (north/southeast of parking lot). There is a wooden pavilion structure in front of the Education Center entrance.
• Enter the Education Center. Classroom 2B will be through the double doors on right.
