Camp Snowball is a summer professional development "camp" that brings together students, educators, administrators, business leaders, and community members to build everyone's capacity for learning and leading in the 21st century. We're creating schools where teachers facilitate student learning and administrators foster ongoing development of teachers and staff. These strategies and tools can be applied to all curriculum areas from STEM to English and Language Arts, and all parts of a school district from classroom to central office, so the skills are constantly being practiced.

Located at Portland State University and organized in a "summer camp" format with workshops, networking, and non-classroom based activities, Camp Snowball provides a fun atmosphere to learn and develop new strategies with the guidance of world-class instructors who have real-life experience implementing these tools. Our specially-designed program offers a variety of workshops, suitable for any level of experience from newbies to well-seasoned.
