This moderated panel will explore significant trends and the importance of increasing cultural diversity in fields related to environmental education and conservation. Panelists include the moderator, Nate Miles, Vice President for Strategic Initiatives, Eli Lilly and Company and IslandWood Board Member; Ron Harris-White, Director of Diversity Services, Antioch University Seattle; Leonard Forsman, Chairman, Suquamish Tribe; Belinda Chin, K12 Education Program Supervisor for Environmental Learning Centers of Seattle Parks and Recreation; and Jacqueline Ashwell, Superintendent, Seattle Area National Park Sites.
