Alert! Little known secret! One of Seattle's most
viewer-friendly salmon runs happens every
fall in Piper's Creek at Carkeek Park. Come see
what all the fuss is about. Get up close and
personal with chum salmon swimming just
below your feet. You're basically going to
freak out!

And, better yet, not to mention, on Saturdays
& Sundays from November 7 - December 6,
trained volunteer docents, or Carkeek Park Salmon
Stewards, will be available along Piper's Creek to
answer questions about this fall's salmon run and
how your everyday choices impact their lives.
Look for Salmon Stewards in the blue vests!
