The Washington State Farm to School Network is organizing a Regional Gathering in six locations around Washington State! School gardeners, school nutrition staff, educators, farmers, teachers, parents, childcare providers, and anyone else interested in farm to school in the region are encouraged to attend. Students welcome!

At 2pm there will be a training/networking session on buying local food for school nutrition staff, farmers, childcare providers, and other attendees working on local foods in meal programs.
At 3:30pm school gardeners, educators, teachers, and all other farm to school partners will join the event to continue networking and growing farm to school in the region.
Pick a time when you sign up for a gathering!
2 - 3:30pm: Local food in school meals & early care: Procurement training/panel and networking for school nutrition staff, childcare providers, and farmers facilitated by WSDA Farm to School. CEU documentation for nutrition staff will be provided.
3:30 - 4:30pm: Regional farm to school networking - School gardeners, educators, teachers, childcare providers, and any other farm to school partners will join school nutrition staff and farmers to talk about local farm to school and early care successes, challenges, and strategies for moving forward.
Agenda for Northwest Washington will be from 8:30am-3pm starting with a training for school garden educators and teachers organized by Viva Farms. Check out the Northwest WA agenda here!
