Teachers — Ready to Refresh Your Practice and Expand Your Horizons?

Join us March 20–22, 2026 at the AEE Northwest Regional Conference at Cispus Learning Center, a peaceful retreat nestled in the forests of the Gifford Pinchot National Forest, near Mt. Rainier.

This year’s theme, Expanding Horizons in Experiential Education, invites K–12 and higher education teachers to step away from the daily grind and explore experiential, student-centered approaches you can bring directly back to your classroom.

Designed with teachers in mind, you’ll gain:
Classroom-ready experiential and SEL activities
Strategies for building inclusive, connected learning communities
Tools for effective class meetings and student engagement
Improv and facilitation techniques to support participation and voice
Sessions across the Education track, plus cross-track learning from Outdoor, Therapy, and General Tools sessions

Earn 15+ clock hours while learning alongside educators who value reflection, creativity, and connection.

Enjoy forest trails, quiet spaces, and a supportive retreat atmosphere that allows space to learn, reflect, and recharge.
